Sunny Beach Takeover are recruiting for summer 2025! We are looking for ticket sellers and event workers to join our team for another massive summer. Being the biggest event team in Sunny Beach we want the very best staff!

As a member of our team your main role is to sell tickets to the biggest events in Sunny Beach to tourists all around the resort. You’ll deliver excellent customer service on some of the biggest events in Europe and ensure that our guests have the best week of their lives with us!

About Sunny beach takeover

Sunny Beach Takeover have been the leading events team in Sunny Beach for 15 years now. We are the original international events team in resort and have been delivering huge events since 2008.

The nightlife in Sunny Beach is all about us bringing new events, reality stars and DJ’s from across Europe every year.

THE JOB ROLE

The main aim of our company is pretty simple; provide tourists in Sunny Beach with the ultimate clubbing holiday! Based on our reviews that you can see on our website, Facebook, Google & Tripadvisor we seem to be doing the right thing. It is the role of all Sunny Beach Takeover staff to give fantastic customer service to our guests throughout their holiday.

The main part of the role is to sell tickets to tourists for the biggest events in resort, organise & run all of the events alongside the event manager & deliver high quality service to the guests. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to live and work with people of a similar nature from all around Europe and develop many skills for you to use in the future.

EVENTS

We as a company strive to deliver the very best events in Sunny Beach and to ensure our customers have an incredible time with us. As a part of our team you’ll be selling the most popular events in resort including the Full Moon party, UV Glow, Sunny Beach Live, Barcrawls and celeb/DJ appearances. We are the market leaders in Sunny Beach nightlife and that is down to our staff who continue to grow our reputation and service our guests. Without our staff, our events don’t run – that’s why we’re looking for the very best to add to our team for 2025!

SALES

Customers have the opportunity to buy online in advance or to buy from our reps in Sunny Beach when they arrive. The role of our staff is to approach tourists around the resort and inform them of the event that is running that night and our week package – known as the Gold Package. Our events have a great reputation and people are often looking for you to get their tickets. If you convince a customer that is unsure about an event, you are guaranteed they’ll be searching for you the next day for another event after loving their night with us!

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

We know the power of social media these days and want our team to show their passion for the job through their social medias so that tourists are aware of what is on offer, not just from our company, but from the whole resort of Sunny Beach in general.

We have a professional full-time photographer on each event ensuring we get the best snaps of our staff and the guests to use on social media. but of course, we have a photographer to make sure our staff and guests have those lasting memories of the best summer of their lives.

You will also have to opportunity to use social media for sales. You will be given the chance to make commission before you even arrive in Sunny Beach by selling Gold Packages online to friends or people you know who are coming on holiday!

Ideally the right candidate will have experience in promotion, sales, nightlife, clubbing or working for an overseas tour operator. But, this is not essential.

We have a large international team made up of young people from all over Europe including the UK, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bulgaria and many more.

Accountant

Hey! I’m Stacey and I’m part of the Sunny Beach Takeover family!

Yes, It’s a family! I decided that I wanted to spend my summer in the busiest party resort in Bulgaria and I started working as a ticket seller for the biggest events company in Sunny Beach. It was amazing meeting and working with so many young people from across Europe, who were all in Sunny Beach for the same thing, to work hard and to play hard!

In summer 2019 I had a job change and was working as an accountant for Sunny Beach Takeover – I love that I was able to start as a teenager and then grow in the company to start a career!

I’ve met so many people from all over the world. I love that we spend so much time together before and after work on a social level. Staff meals, beach days, lazy beach days or even huge team-building days where we play airsoft or go to the waterpark.

When I started working for Sunny Beach Takeover, I knew instantly that I’d made a good choice – the team, the atmosphere and nights out – AMAZING! I can work in Sunny Beach with awesome people and have fun at the same time. Working for this company was an unforgettable experience and I can honestly say, that every summer got better and better.

I’m Liam, all the way from rainy Ireland!

I came to Sunny Beach to work for the first time in 2015 as a ticket seller for Sunny Beach Takeover and was immediately hooked on the resort. Since then I have been returning summer after summer – it definitely beats staying in Dublin for the summer! The resort is full of young people coming to Sunny Beach for a big blowout and the events in Sunny Beach live up to expectations – the Sunny Beach nightlife is incredible!

2019 was my first year as bar manager for DGV which was a huge change but a real eye opener into the business side of things. If you are deciding to work in Sunny Beach in summer 2025, you won’t be dissapointed!

Hey!

I’m Rhian and I come from the best place in the UK…Hartlepool!

My first visit to Sunny Beach came in 2015 as a tourist. My favourite place was Room2 – not that I could remember much – that all night free bar is lethal. I actually loved it so much I didn’t get my flight back and stayed for the rest of the summer!

I worked 4 summer season with Sunny Beach Takeover. I took a summer off in 2018 which turned out to be the worst summer ever – big regret! After working for 3 summers as a ticket seller for Sunny Beach Takeover I changed jobs in 2019 to become the in-resort rep for all our online customers.

My job was pretty simple; meet up with all our guests that bought their packages online, give them all the information they needed about Sunny Beach, hand over their tickets/wristbands for the week and just make sure they had the most amazing week of their lives with Sunny Beach Takeover on all of our events. Favourite part of the job is definitely meeting so many different people. It’s awesome when you’re able to party all day and night with our guests as if you’re mates from back home.

Hey!

I’m Ryan from Wales. In the winter I’m a farmer working in the hills of North Wales and in the summers I was an events manager for Sunny Beach Takeover, weird, right?

I first came to Sunny Beach in 2014 as a tourist and loved the Takeover events and DGV. I actually applied to be a ticket seller in 2016 but didn’t make the cut – after trying again for 2017 I finally joined the team. I started, like everyone, as a ticket seller for Sunny Beach Takeover. Definitely the best job on the planet. Working all day with friends and drinking and partying with our guests every night, literally don’t know what could be better!

In 2018 I was made the events manager for Sunny Beach Takeover. It was a real eye opener to the things that go on behind the scenes to make all the events run smoothly and I can safely say now I absolutely loved it. In short, my job is to make sure all the events run perfectly, our event workers are servicing our guests and most importantly, that our guest themselves are having a great time!

Ticket Seller

Hey Hey!

My name’s Anna – from Sweden but spent so much time in Sunny Beach I’m basically Bulgarian.

I’ve did five seasons in Sunny Beach. I actually started as a bartender in DGV – the biggest club in Sunny Beach. After four years of bartending, I wanted a change for 2019 and joined the ticket sellers at Sunny Beach Takeover and I certainly didn’t look back.

I was thrown into a big team of 40 young people from all over Europe. For such a big team, I couldn’t believe how close-knit everyone was. We work together, live together, chill together and party together. You meet someone for the first time and within weeks you’re genuinely best friends and totally inseparable. I’ve made so many friends from all over – trips in the winter to see everyone leads to more holidays!!

My job was pretty simple. approach tourists on the street and inform them of what is happening in the coming days – everyone knows about Takeover events so it’s not exactly a hard sell.
